The world is full of contradictions, just as we are, as we are the creators of the world, it would follow suit that all forms and structures in the world are just an external expression of our internal challenges, passions and needs.
We are given directives and mandates, instructions all day, every day and we seem to be trying to put logic into an intrinsically illogical being (Ourselves).
We are told to live in the present and at the same time I have to be able to predict and include a future. I am told to let go and release but then again I am told to lean in. I am told to be more tolerant and at the same time find your voice and speak up for yourself. I am told that you want to age with grace and yet we are told to stay competitive. We are told to reach out and ask for help when you need it and then you’re directed to figure things out for yourself. We are told to open our hearts and at the same time we are supposed to protect ourselves. These seemingly perverse contradictions are all meant well but can be quite confusing, especially if you are designed in a particularly literal way.
To be able to include all contradictions, and like any good paradox, to not have to solve it on one side or the other, but to allow for the contradiction and get benefit from both directives, is the attempt.
That’s why the saying “It’s all Good” seems to make sense in a world that doesn’t.
