There are lessons we forget especially in a time of crisis. We regress to unfavorable behaviors and introduce actions that are not in our best interest. It’s part of the human design, to withdraw and/or to act impulsively in times of threat. A lesson that I have integrated into my life is to act thoughtfully in times of threat- to slow down so I can see what’s required. If you are in the fast lane, it’s difficult to read the signs.
And included in that is to be able to create from all forms of mental and emotional states. If I had to wait for the stars to line up before I acted, I might be waiting a long time.
This might seem contradictory to slowing down, it is not, it is just the introduction of a complementary value. We are always attempting to find some sort of sequential logic rather than complementary values.
If you can slow down enough to read the signs, then you can take an effective action from any state of mind. The key is that you are not taking an action to change your state of mind, you are taking actions from your state of mind.
I have seen and experienced extraordinary results coming from extreme loss. Strange couplings can produce amazing results (Peanut butter and jelly). We are all in different States of Being and they are constantly changing. To generate from the shifting sands of heartbreak, loss, love, fear, and desire is always the attempt.
