Sometimes it’s hard, next to impossible, to get to your feelings. I mean, it looks like feelings because you are raging and struggling and fighting against immovable forces – forces inside you that won’t allow for your feelings, that won’t allow for release, that won’t allow for heartbreak. The only expression is Blame and Rage and Suffering and none of these three are Feelings.
Blame imprisons. Rage distracts. Suffering prolongs. BUT Feelings liberate.
There is always some inalienable truth that wants to be expressed, that is wanting to bust out, that is wanting to be spoken. But the superstition is: If this truth is spoken, we will die. But the truth is: if not spoken, we die a little more each day.
The truth will set you free, but first, you have to go through heartbreak.
