We all have our different values- where we shine our light- where we put our attention.
MONEY-HEALTH-FAMILY-CAREER and others, obviously.
We also have an Ontological compass- a different North South East and West that life asks of Us.
We have our Crosses to Bear, our Traumas to Work Out, our Karma to Understand and our Dharma to Surrender To-
Our ‘Crosses to Bear’ is accepting what has happened to us- the difficulties, the tragedies and the losses that have befallen us.
‘Working out our traumas’ is more of an active relationship with what happened to us and the alchemization of those traumas- having an entirely different relationship with the same content. That allows for liberation and ultimately contribution.
‘Understanding your Karma’ is more of looking at your life from 35,000 feet and seeing your worldly connections with other worldly optics that puts a smile on your face.
To ‘Surrender to your Dharma’ is to be true to your calling- what you are meant to do, not what you wish you were here to do.
Tending to these directions allows for a greater sense of resolve and peace in one’s life.
