We live in a complex world where the requirement of learning new languages is coming at us at light speed. Whether the language is that of social media, AI, CRYPTO or current vernacular. And that’s while having to keep all your other commitments afloat.
It’s not a matter of creative learning, it’s a matter of survival. Now this is not new, the world has always introduced new constructs for us to integrate, but choice and where to allocate your time is becoming more and more challenging.
Staying up-staying passionate-staying true has become more of a daily muscle in the face of deleterious influences.
I have found that if I work and evolve the foundational aspects of my life, my core sufficiencies, my essence if you will, and know that if I continue to change with the times rather than try and change the times, that should allow for much greater ability to affect many things. When I watch great athletes at their peak, they have all the time and the work to make a great shot, to see the field from 35,000 feet, to slow time down. We have all heard this before, but it is worth repeating.
Slowing down so you can read the signs along the way is a useful practice.
